STITCH 'n' PITCH:

Stitch

  • Each team should consist of a maximum of 3 members and the time provided will be 45 mins for the whole activity.

  • Each team will be provided with a set of raw materials, using which they have to make a possible and realistic product.

  • The raw materials are confidential and teams will get to know on the spot.

Pitch

  • Teams have to pitch and convince the judges to buy the product they have designed in stitch round.  The pitching time of each team should not exceed 7 mins.

  • Positioning of the product is must.

  • The product will be judged on the basis of the marketing mix and the worth of the selling price.

ADVERTISEMENT PREMIER LEAGUE:

                                    It is an event where students are required to promote their business ideas through

           

                                       Logo                    Print advertisement                    TV advertisement

  • Each team can consist of a maximum of 5 members and the time provided will be 3 min to each team for presenting all three of them.

  • Teams have to select their brand and product/ service and prepare all three promotional essentials before coming and should submit the same before the start of event on 15th February 2019.

  • Teams need to be clear about their marketing essentials: target market, positioning, strategy.

  • Logo: Logo means Sign, Symbols and Name of your product and services. It should be attractive and convincing enough for audience to relate logo with your brand.

  • Print Advertisement: A proper print ad has to be designed and presented which should be appropriate and presentable in print media. The headline, subhead, visual element, identifying mark and copy of the print ad will give a plus.

  • TV Advertisement: It should be shot before coming and the video and audio should be clear and visible/audible. Participants themselves are responsible for any unfortunate technical event if it is related to the quality of audio and video. All the team members should be part of shooting the video in one or the other way and due credits have to provided .

  • The objective of all the three promotional processes should be clear and well thought of. The ad should be aligned with your vision, mission or values of your brand . The ads should be explained using the concepts in advertising and there should be logical justification which should be provided while explaining the advertisements. No PPT's are allowed, you need to present verbally only.

  • Providing the credits of the content used in all three ads can work in your favor.

  • It is suggested that Print Ads should be brought in Printed format as well for convenience of evaluation. (Min 2 copies)

  • All the Advertisements should be kept confidential till the time of their presentation.

                      It is a competition where you can show your creativity and tap your feet to the tune of your brand

  • Maximum time provided will be 2 minutes to each team.

  • Each team can consist of a maximum of 5 members.

  • Teams have to come up with a creative dance act to promote their product/service which they have promoted in AdInnovate.

  • Teams can use some audio/video to be played in the background but they need to dance and perform as well.

  • The audio or music piece should be decided and brought by the teams in pen drive or CD on the venue and to be submitted before the event starts.

  • Participants themselves are responsible for any unfortunate technical event if it is related to the quality of audio or video.

  • Act should be consisted of Advertisement through dance (including dance drama, street play, role play, skit etc.) and there should not be any verbal dipiction. The act should be aligned with your product.
